POM Low Distortion Grade Machining
Toray has a POM super low distortion grade. There are concerns about warping in processes that involve thin sections or large cutouts.
Polyacetal is a highly wear-resistant and high-strength resin. When there are many machined areas, there is a concern about warping due to residual stress. We will propose methods and materials to minimize warping as much as possible.
